Line Spots

While a spot light indicates a specific point, a line light draws a boundary. It projects a continuous line onto the ground — straight or in an arc — which delineates the danger zone around the machine and keeps pedestrians at a safe distance. This is ideal for long machines such as pavers, planers, rollers, and excavators, as well as forklifts and AGVs.

LED or Laser: Two Technologies

Our LED lines (Razor Line®, Red Line Visio®, Spot ARC LED) provide a wide, very bright line, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Our laser guides and projectors create a fine, sharp line over long distances, ideal for precise fork guidance.

LEDPowerlight® Exclusives

The Razor Line® and Red Line Visio® are proprietary, patented solutions that are adjustable, robust (IP67), and anti-vibration. They are already deployed on machinery used by leading construction and logistics companies throughout Europe.

Line, arc, or point: how to choose?

The line marks one side of the machine, the arc (Spot ARC LED) covers a wide rear perimeter, and the spot provides a precise reference point. Many sites combine all three depending on the equipment.

Which machines is it compatible with?

All equipment powered by 10-80V DC (gas, diesel, or electric). The Mini versions (Mini Red Line, Mini Spot ARC) are designed for small machines and AGVs.

What color should I choose?

Blue, red, or green depending on your safety color code. Red often indicates a prohibited area.

Red Line Visio® or Razor Line®?

The Red Line Visio® (12W) features independent left/right adjustment, ideal for forklifts, pavers, and dump trucks. The Razor Line® (24W) emphasizes power for planers, compactors, and large machinery.

Can we cover the entire perimeter of a machine?

By combining side lines and an ARC LED Spot at the back, which connects to each side of the Red Line Visio®.

Are the lines resistant to vibrations?

single-screw anti-vibration base, aluminum housing, IP67 waterproof rating, from -40°C to +65°C.
