Forklifts are the vehicles most frequently involved in pedestrian accidents in warehouses: reduced visibility due to loads, blind spots, narrow aisles, and ambient noise. Floor-level light signaling projects a spot or line directly into the pedestrian's field of vision, allowing them to perceive the danger even before seeing the forklift.

Our standard pack combines the BlueMax 4 Spot (front pedestrian alert, priority solution), two Red Line Visio® for perimeter safety, and an ARC LED Spot for the rear.

What safety lighting on a forklift?

The standard pack: 1 Spot BlueMax 4 + 2 Red Line Visio® + 1 Spot ARC LED. A beacon light and backup alarm are still recommended depending on site risks.

What voltage for an electric cart?

Our lights accept 10-80V DC (BlueMax 4: 12-110V DC), compatible with electric, gas, and diesel.

How many spots for a fleet?

Multiply the pack by the number of forklifts (e.g., 5 forklifts = 5 BlueMax 4 + 10 Red Line Visio® + 5 Spot ARC LED).

BlueMax 4 or classic Blue Spot?

The BlueMax 4 (12W, 360° adjustable, DIN plug) is prioritized. The classic Blue Spot remains an entry-level option.

What projection color should I choose?

Blue for logistics (high contrast), red for a restricted area. Green is also available.

Is installation complicated?
