Point Spots

The safety spot projects a clear light spot on the ground, in front of or behind the machine, to indicate its maneuvering area well before it arrives. It's one of the most effective solutions for preventing collisions between vehicles and pedestrians in warehouses, on docks, or in logistics areas.

Why a spot on the ground rather than a flashing beacon?

Because pedestrians perceive danger on the ground, in their natural field of vision, even in a noisy or brightly lit environment. The blue (or red) spot is visible from a distance, does not depend on any operator action, and remains active continuously.

A range for every machine

From the BlueMax 4 Spot (priority pedestrian alert solution) to the 9 LED 27W Spot for high-ceiling applications, including the Blue Arrow Spot, the flashing RedFlash Spot, and the customizable Logo Projector. All our spots are waterproof, robust, and designed to withstand vibrations, dust, and temperature fluctuations.

What color spotlight should I choose?

Blue is the standard in logistics (high contrast on warehouse floors). Red indicates a prohibited area or an immediate danger. Green is also available.

How high should a ground spotlight be installed?

Most are optimized for heights between 2.5 and 8 m. For overhead cranes and high-bay applications, consider the Spot 9 LED 27W or the Overhead Crane Safety Spot.

What power supply voltage?

Most of our lights accept 10-80V DC (BlueMax 4: 12-110V DC), compatible with electric, gas, and diesel forklifts.

BlueMax 4 or classic Blue Spot?

The BlueMax 4 Spot (4 LEDs, 12W, 360° adjustable, DIN plug) is currently the preferred solution. The classic Blue Spot remains a reliable entry-level option.

Does the spot work during the day?

Maximum effectiveness indoors and at night. Outdoors in broad daylight, opt for a more powerful model or a logo projector.

Are they resistant to harsh environments?

Aluminum casing, IP67 waterproofing, operating from -40°C to +65°C, and shock and vibration resistance.
