The Smart Zone Alert System by LEDPOWERLIGHT® is an intelligent solution designed to enhance safety in areas where pedestrians and material handling equipment cross paths.
Using an intelligent camera, the system automatically detects approaching forklifts and triggers visual alerts to warn pedestrians before they enter a hazardous zone.
The device is particularly well-suited for warehouse intersections, aisle exits, areas obscured by racking, loading docks, and generally any location where visibility between vehicles and pedestrians is limited.
Important note: the system operates using visual alerts. There is no audible alarm in our configuration.

This is the system's first level of visual alert. It activates automatically when the camera detects a forklift approaching the configured zone.
The Razor Line® provides a visual warning on the floor. It projects a highly visible red line in front of the danger zone to immediately grab a pedestrian's attention, especially when they are looking down or using a tablet, terminal, or other equipment.
The wiring provides power and connectivity between the various components of the Smart Zone Alert System. It allows for the connection of the smart camera, the Wi-Fi configuration module, the beacon, and the Razor Line® into a cohesive, reliable, and easy-to-install setup. The 3-wire harness simplifies system integration and enables coordinated visual alerts based on the defined detection logic.
