In Seville, a LIPASAM urban cleaning vehicle has been equipped by FENIKS with red Ledpowerlight® lighting systems.
During night shifts, staff work in the immediate vicinity of the vehicle, in an environment shared with other road users. The red lines projected directly onto the road surface make the work zone more immediately noticeable around the vehicle.
The system moves with the vehicle during its operations. It visually defines a perimeter around the machine without the need for permanent road markings.
This light projection serves as an additional visual aid. It does not replace standard operating procedures, regulatory markings, vehicle signaling, or personal protective equipment.
The installation was carried out by FENIKS, the exclusive distributor of Ledpowerlight® solutions in Spain for the road maintenance sector.
This project demonstrates a practical application of floor-projected lighting for daily urban cleaning and maintenance operations.
The visibility of the line depends on ambient light, surface material, humidity, mounting height, and chosen settings. In the night photograph, the red outline is clearly visible behind the vehicle and around the work area.
